SELECTION
The original rye whiskey matures in oak barrels deep in the Prostejov cellar, five meters underground, where it acquires its story from the oldest European distillery.
For the first four years, it matures to a smooth and fruity taste, and only the rye distillates from the best casks, according to the 4 + 3 recipe, age for another three years, which gives the whiskey its complexity and fully develops its uniqueness.
Blend master Roman Petruš personally supervises the quality of the rye distillate with the typical sweet aroma of freshly cut rye and selects the most suitable distillate for further ageing.
After seven years, the exceptional rye whiskey SELECTION is created, where the number 7 is not only the number of years of ageing, but also a lucky number for those who let themselves be seduced by its delicate taste.

Ingredients
4 cl Old Hunter’s rye Selection
2 tablespoons apricot jam
1 cl fresh lemon juice
Technique: swizzling
Garnish: dried apricot, straw
Drinkware: can / Julep cup
Ice: crushed
Drink preparation
Pour the ingredients into the prepared Julep cup, cover with crushed ice, and mix thoroughly using the swizzle method. After that, shake the drink lightly and garnish with a dried apricot.
